Enhanced Services

Evaluation Specialists takes complete responsibility for ensuring a comprehensive and timely outcome to each referral.  Following are some of the enhanced services we provide:

• Assisting in the selection of appropriate medical specialists
• Scheduling the medical evaluations
• Coordinating medical record review
• Sending notification letters via regular or certified  mail to all relevant parties
• Directions/maps are provided, when requested, to facilitate attendance
• When requested, preparing and sending introductory letters to the physician
• Coordination of transportation, when necessary
• Coordination of interpreter services, if requested
• Complete organization of all medical records
• Medical records scanned into our proprietary system for ease of retrieval
• Immediate notification of any late cancellations or "no shows"
• Timely Case Manager review of every report to ensure accuracy and thoroughness
